What Do the Columns Mean?
The tables in the license viewer use the following columns.
| Column Name | Description |
|---|---|
| In Use Standard | The number of unreserved entitlements currently in use. |
| Total Standard | The number of unreserved entitlements, in use or not. |
| In Use Reserved | The number of reserved entitlements currently in use. |
| Total Reserved | The number of reserved entitlements, in use or not. |
| Total | The total number of entitlements granted by the license. |
To find out the number of available entitlements, subtract the in use numbers from the total number. For instance, to get the number of available entitlements that are not reserved, take total standard and subtract in use standard.
Entitlements that are not reserved for specific clients are referred to as "standard" in the license viewer. For more about reserving entitlements, see Reserving Entitlements for Specific Clients or Users.
Tags, Servers, and Clients
The Licensed Tags table on the Overview tab lists the number of GENESIS64 and Hyper Historian tag entitlements. See Tag Count Overview.
You cannot reserve tags, so the In Use Reserved and Total Reserved columns are not shown.
The Licensed Applications table on the Overview tab lists the number of client and server entitlements. See Client Entitlements and Server Entitlements.
