Tag Count Overview

A tag is a point of data used in a screen or other area of the software. Only certain types of tags are counted for licensing purposes, as described below.

Tags are sometimes called "points".

The license considers two types of tags:

• GENESIS64 tags - tags used across most of ICONICS Suite

• Hyper Historian tags - tags logged by Hyper Historian
