Transferring a License

You can transfer an active license to another computer.

If your license is bound to a USB security key, you do not need to transfer it this way. Instead, move the key to the target computer. Learn more

To transfer a license from one computer to another:

  1. Kill the license on the server that is currently hosting it. Make sure to save the product registration numbers and customer key at the end of the deactivation process.

  2. Activate the license on the target computer.
