GraphWorX64 Runtime Mode

Runtime mode is an environment that populates the GraphWorX64 display objects in memory, draws them on your screen, and updates them with data in accordance with the properties you set in Configuration mode. There is also a collision detection test for 3D displays.

Collision detection testing can affect the length of time it takes to enter runtime mode. If you are doing collision detection testing, you may want to reconsider the settings. For more information, refer to Collision Detection Section of the 3D Dynamics Ribbon.

Password authorization in GraphWorX64 may prohibit you from operating in runtime. See

Security Privileges for Users and Groups and Password Authentication in GraphWorX.

To enter Runtime mode:

  1. Click the Runtime button (top right) above the GraphWorX64 ribbon. The view displays real time data.

In Runtime mode, GraphWorX64 provides runtime ribbons, such as Recipe Navigator, Recipe Grid, TrendWorx™64, and EarthWorX™.

  2. (Alternate - Preview mode) Select the View tab and the Runtime Preview button located in the Misc section. Runtime Preview uses sample data instead of real or historical data from data sources.
  3. Click the Configure button (top right) to return to the configuration mode.
