Viewing a License

Use one of the following methods to view information about a license.

• The Web Licensing site provides information about any purchased license, whether it has been activated or not. The website provides the following information:

  • Product registration number (P Number)

  • The products included in the license

  • License version

  • Order number

  • Expiration date (for time-limited licenses)

  • For activated licenses—The site key and the software license file (.jws)

• License Monitor provides the following information about an activated license.

  • License status

  • Tier

  • Creation date and time of the license

  • Expiration and shutdown dates (for time-limited licenses)

  • Issued to information

  • The In Use and Available features

  • The name of the server that is hosting the license
