Trend Viewer Overview

The Trend Viewer control is a component of GraphWorX that enables the visualization of both real-time and historical data trends from various sources within the GENESIS environment. It can plot data in real time for any data point accessible through the FrameWorX server and use OPC HDA connectivity for data from the Data Historian or third-party historical data sources. It automatically generates trend charts based on the selected data sources. You can customize how the server is polled to suit your specific monitoring needs.

  • Chart object: Defines the range, axes, and styling of the chart.

  • Plot object: Defines the chart or graph layout.

  • Pen object: Represents individual data points or lines within the plot.
