Microsoft Teams Notifications Overview

Microsoft Teams integration supports (outgoing) instant messaging via Commanding in GraphWorX, Bridging, and Connected Field Services.

To use Microsoft Teams instant messages (IM) for notifications, you need to perform the following tasks.

• Register the application in Microsoft Entra ID and get the required API permissions. Learn more
