Costs Node in Energy AnalytiX
In Energy AnalytiX you can configure cost centers and rate models by using the Costs node in the Project Explorer navigation tree. To get to this node, in the Workbench, expand your project, then the AnalytiX node, then the Energy AnalytiX node, then double-click the Costs node. This displays the Costs properties, in the Project Details section of the Workbench.
Cost Centers Tab
Use the Cost Centers tab to define cost centers. For information about cost centers, refer to the Defining Cost Centers topic.
To get to the Cost Centers tab, shown below, in the Workbench, expand your project, then the AnalytiX node, then the Energy AnalytiX node, then double-click the Costs node. The Cost Centers tab will open by default.

On the Cost Centers tab, all cost centers that are currently defined to Energy AnalytiX are listed. You can filter the list to limit what appears by clicking any of the filter icons in the column headings. For help with filtering, refer to the Filtering Information that Displays in the Workbench topic.
Use the columns on this tab to define your cost centers. Columns are:

Name: The name of the cost center. The name appears in drop-down lists where a cost center can be selected.

Description: A description of the cost center.

Contact: Contact information for the cost center, such as a name, job title, phone number, e-mail address, and so on.

Location: The location of the cost center. Use location names uniformly so you can use them to sort cost centers, as well as sort reports.

Sublocation: The sub-location of the cost center. Use sub-location names uniformly so you can use them to sort cost centers, as well as sort reports.

Duplicate: If checked, the cost center is defined twice. Only unique cost centers are supported.
