Configuring a Data Exporter Storage
A data storage defines where the Data Exporter writes exported data: the connection type and the connection details for one destination. Several tasks can share one storage. For the storage types and the credentials each one uses, see Data Export and Integration in Data Historian.
To configure a data storage:
-
Open Workbench and in Project Explorer, expand your project > Historical Data > Data Historian > Data Exporters.
-
Right-click Storage and select Add Data Storage. The data storage configuration opens.
-
In Name, enter a name for the storage.
-
In Connection Type, select the type of storage, and then complete the fields for that type. Workbench builds the Connection String from these fields.
