Creating a Project Overview

Workbench provides two ways to create a project, the Quick Project Wizard and the Advanced Project Wizard. You can select the wizard by clicking New Project on the Project ribbon. View image

The following table describes the two ways to create a project.

Project Type	Description
Quick Project Wizard	Creates a new project in a single step using the default configuration. Learn more
Advanced Project Wizard	Creates a new project you can fully customize. For example, you can change the database connection, set advanced database properties, and select which components are part of your project. Learn more

You can always make changes to your project after it is created.
