Recovering a Lost License

You can use the Key Replacement form on the Web Licensing site to start the process of recovering a lost or broken license.

To recover a lost license:

  1. Go to https://licensing.iconics.com/ and log in with your user name and password.
  2. From the sidebar, select Key Replacement.
  3. On the New Replacement Form tab, click Fill the Software Key Replacement Form.
  4. Complete the form, and then click Submit Form. Our Support Center will process your form and get back to you as soon as possible to inform you that your license is ready to be reactivated or to let you know whether further steps are required.
