Locating Your Product Registration Numbers

When you purchase a GENESIS license, you receive an email with one or more product registration numbers (P Numbers) and a customer key. If you can't locate this email, you can find your registration numbers on our Community Portal.

To locate your product registration numbers on the Community Portal:

1. Go to https://iconicsinc.my.site.com/community/ and log in with your user name and password.

   If you do not have an account, you can follow the link from "New User? Register here" and fill out the form to create an account
2. In the top right corner, select your name.
3. Select My Account or Account, and then select the RELATED tab. Your product registration numbers are listed in the Assets section. Subscription licenses are listed in the Subscriptions section.

If you still can't find your product registration numbers or if you need help locating your customer key, contact customer support or send an email to license@iconics.com.
