Starting the System Configuration Wizard
After installing GENESIS with any server-side component, you need to configure the new system. The initial configuration consists of setting up the connection to the SQL Server and setting up the database options for your project configurations.
If you only install the clients of the Data Broker setup, this system configuration is not required.
The system configuration wizard is an integral part of GENESIS and the method that you use to open it depends on your situation.

After the GENESIS installation finishes, click the Launch button on the final screen of the installer. |

In the Windows search box, enter configure system and open the Configure System application with administrator privileges. If a Windows dialog appears, click Yes. |

When performing the system configuration at any time after closing the installation dialog |

When starting Workbench before performing the required initial system configuration |
The system configuration wizard automatically opens. If a Windows dialog appears, click Yes. |
