Schedules

Scheduling support in GENESIS and Connected Field Service is significantly more flexible than in AlarmWorX™64 MMX.

Only schedules for manually entered workers can be managed in Workbench. Workers that were imported from an external worker source will use the schedules provided by that source. These schedules must be managed in the external source.

To create a schedule and then assign it to a worker or group:

  1. Create a schedule:
    1. In Workbench, go to ActionsSchedulesSchedules.
    2. Right-click the second Schedules and select Add Schedule.
    3. Configure the schedule as desired, and then select Apply to save your changes.

      The schedule value should be True when the worker or group available.

Schedules for manually entered workers or groups can be displayed and managed in a GraphWorX™ display, allowing users to view or modify them without accessing Workbench.
