Replacing Lost or Broken Licenses

The Key Replacement form on the ICONICS Web Licensing site can be used to start the process of recovering a lost or broken license.

If your software license has been corrupted or your hardware dongle has been broken or lost:

  1. Go to https://licensing.iconics.com/ and log in
  2. Select Key Replacement from the sidebar.
  3. Fill out the appropriate form, based on your license type.
  4. If necessary, activate your emergency license.

ICONICS customer service will process your form and get back to you as soon as possible to let you know your license is ready to be reactivated or if further steps are required.
