Configuring a Popup Agent
The options to set for the Popup Agent are: Empty the Agents Queue and Report Hardware Failures through (an agent you select from the drop-down list).

In the AlarmWorX Multimedia Configurator, open the Configuration folder and expand Multimedia Agent. Double-click Popup or right-click and select Edit from the shortcut menu.

Click the buttonEmpty Agent's Input Queueif you want to delete what is in the agent's queue.

Click the down arrow and select how you want to Report Hardware Failures.

Click the Apply button to save your settings.
