Configuring Marquee Software Emulation
The following options are set for all marquee items within the Software Marquee folder on the tree control. To change any of these options, click on the General Settings button while in the Software Marquee folder.

In the AlarmWorX Multimedia Configurator, open the Configuration folder and expand Multimedia Agent. Double-click Marquee Software Emulation or right-click and select Edit from the shortcut menu.

Click the General Settings button. You have the options to configure the Marquee settings.

Window Attributes - Select the options for the behavior of the Marquee.

Set the speed of the marquee's scroll.

Set the direction the marquee's scroll (to left or right).

If there is more than one message, set the minimum space between the messages as a percentage.

Click OK.

Click the Empty Agent's Input Queue button if you want to delete what is in the agent's queue.

Click the down arrow and select how you want to Report Hardware Failures.

Click the Apply button to save your settings.
