Using the FrameWorX Location Utility

If your GENESIS installation only contains the GraphWorX™ component, you need to set up the connection to the FrameWorX™ server.

To configure the connection to the FrameWorX server:

1. Open the FrameWorX Location Utility. Do one of the following:

   • At the end of the installation process, click Launch. If a Windows dialog appears, click Yes.
   • In the Windows search box, enter frameworx and open the FrameWorX Location Utility with administrator privileges. If a Windows dialog appears, click Yes.

2. In the Address field, enter the name of the FrameWorX Server host.

   

3. Select the Unsecured or Secured (HTTPS) protocol. If needed, edit the port number.
4. In Client Authentication, select the preferred authentication method, and then click Next to connect to the FrameWorX Server.

5. Click Save and Close to save the configuration.
