Deactivating a Cloud License

Locating License Pool Number

1. Open Platform Services Configuration.
2. Go to the License tab. The License Pool number is in the License Location section under Cloud License.

Deactivating the Pool

1. Go to https://licensing.iconics.com and log in.

   If you do not have a login, you can register for one using the Create New Account link.

2. Select Cloud.
3. Select Kill License at the top.
4. Enter the license pool number and select Remove Pool.
5. If you plan on activating this license again, note the product registration number (labeled “P Number”) and customer key.
