Activating a Hardware License

A brand-new hardware dongle will not work until these steps are followed.

The process for activating a hardware license is the same whether there is already an existing license on the key or not.

1. Using Edge in Internet Explorer mode, go to https://licensing.iconics.com and log in.

   This step can be done from any computer with internet access and Edge. It does not have to be the same computer where the license will be used.

   If you do not have a login, you can register for one using the Create New Account link.

2. Select Hardware.
3. Select Program License from the top.
4. Plug in your hardware dongle and select Next.
5. Confirm the serial number of the key is correct, then select Next.

6. Enter your product registration number and customer key. You may enter more than one set of numbers at a time. Select Next.

   You can enter Product Registration Numbers for 32-bit and 64-bit products at the same time.

7. Choose an existing end user or enter new end user information. Select Next.
8. Check all the products that you would like to license on this key. Select Next.
9. Check the summary to make sure everything is correct, then select Complete.
